Clinical background (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, ATC, Ex Phys) and/or prior sales experience a plus. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

You will be interacting with every level of the healthcare profession: MDs, PT/OTs, and insurance companies...PLUS you will enjoy actual hands-on patient care! You will SEE your patients improve their range of motion!

Responsibilities:

● Call on MDs, DPMs, PTs, OTs, etc. to generate orders
● Educate all levels of the healthcare profession on how Dynasplint complements the rehab process and helps maximize patient outcomes
● Fit patients, instruct them how to use the Dynasplint and follow up throughout the course of use
● Maintain detailed account and patient information
● Provide excellent customer service to existing accounts while consistently developing new business opportunities in your territory

Requirements:

● Ability to generate sales - dynamic, goal oriented personality
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Self-starter who is motivated to succeed
● Entrepreneurial mindset - "It's your business!"
● Bachelor's degree preferred
● Clinical background and/or prior sales experience a plus

We are offering a unique opportunity in the rehabilitative field for an entrepreneurial, self-
motivated individual.
This is a 1099 contract position that pays $50.00 per fitting. The ideal candidate will
assist territory Sales Consultants with patient fittings.
Responsibilities Include:
• Patient Care: Fit patients, instruct them how to use the Dynasplint and follow up
throughout the course of use
• Doctor and Therapy Interaction: provide excellent customer service to patients,
doctors and therapists
• Inventory Management: ability to manage and maintain inventory of products
Travel is required for position
Clinical experience preferred
Vehicle necessary

SHIPPING AND PRODUCTION POSITIONS:

JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM as a PART-TIME NIGHT SHIFT MACHINE OPERATOR!

For over 38 years, Dynasplint Systems, Inc. has been restoring the quality of life for patients' after injury or surgery by incorporating LLPS (low-load, prolonged stretch) technology into rehabilitative medicine.  


The Part-Time Night Shift Machine Operator for Dynasplint Systems, Inc. is responsible for efficiency and output of any work order assigned.  Responsible for reading and understanding every detail of the work order and completing the order as instructed per the required procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Operates standard machine shop equipment
  • Ability to use shop tools such as micrometers and calipers
  • Responsible for the adherence to all safety practices and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Responsible for general housekeeping in the area of responsibility
  • All other duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Must be able to frequently lift 50lbs
  • Frequently carry up to 25lbs
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Manufacturing/production experience preferred
  • Ability to comprehend and carry out oral and written instructions
  • Ability to work on a team
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude
