Responsibilities:

  • Call on MDs, DPMs, PTs, OTs, etc. to generate orders
  • Educate all levels of the health care profession on how Dynasplint complements the rehab process and helps maximize patient outcomes
  • Fit patients, instruct them how to use the Dynasplint and follow up throughout the course of use
  • Maintain detailed account and patient information
  • Provide excellent customer service to existing accounts while consistently developing new business opportunities in your territory

Requirements:

  • Ability to generate sales - dynamic, goal oriented personality
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Clinical background and/or prior sales experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to move 50 lbs.
  • High sense of urgency
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - "It's your business!"


As a sales professional, you will have a guaranteed base salary and the ability to earn bonuses. We also offer a car allowance and benefits. We are hiring in several cities across the United States.

**Part-time — Medical Device Fitter:

We are offering a unique opportunity in the rehabilitative field for an entrepreneurial, self-motivated individual. This is a 1099 contract position and the ideal candidate will assist territory Sales Consultants with patient fittings. You can make a difference in patients' lives through your work. Demonstrate the drive to succeed while helping to restore people, business and life the way it ought to be!

Responsibilities:

• Fit patients, instruct them how to use Dynasplint and follow-up throughout the course of use
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, doctors and therapists
• Ability to manage and maintain inventory of products
• Ability to operate a laptop computer, cell phone, email, Google
• Provide excellent customer service to existing accounts while consistently developing new business opportunities in your territory

Physical Demands:

• Frequent and potentially prolonged sitting, standing, walking and driving
• Frequently bending, squatting, reaching and twisting
• Must be able to frequently lift/carry up to 50 lbs
• Travel required for position

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or enrollment in the health sciences field of study
• Clinical background preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High sense of urgency
• Entrepreneurial mindset

CORPORATE OFFICE POSITIONS:

 

Client Services Position

Requires a high school diploma, must have excellent computer skills, and professional phone etiquette.  Duties include: mailing letters and invoices, scheduling UPS pick-ups, providing excellent administrative support to our sales consultants, as well as our PAR, Reauth, and SSR Departments.
Hours 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday – Friday

SHIPPING AND PRODUCTION POSITIONS:

Courier

Duties include, but not limited to: Load and unload pickups and deliveries, verify and keep accurate records of what deliveries and pickups are made, track scheduled maintenance of vehicle, other duties as assigned.  Requires a high school diploma, must posses a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.  Physical demands of the job include, but are not limited to: frequent lifting/carrying up to 35 lbs.; frequent walking, standing, pushing, pulling, twisting, and bending.

Refurbishment Specialist

Responsible for cleaning, inspecting, and refurbishing splints.  Duties include, but are not limited to: completely disasembling and reassembling splints, taking measurements, replacing defective parts, matching serial numbers, and other duties as assigned.  Physical demands of this position include frequent lifting/carrying up to 35 lbs.; frequent walking, standing, pushing, pulling, twisting, and bending.  Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, manufacturing/production exerience preferred, ability to comprehend and carry out oral and written instructions.
Full Time; Hours 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. Monday – Friday
