Responsibilities:

  • Call on MDs, DPMs, PTs, OTs, etc. to generate orders
  • Educate all levels of the health care profession on how Dynasplint complements the rehab process and helps maximize patient outcomes
  • Fit patients, instruct them how to use the Dynasplint and follow up throughout the course of use
  • Maintain detailed account and patient information
  • Provide excellent customer service to existing accounts while consistently developing new business opportunities in your territory

Requirements:

  • Ability to generate sales - dynamic, goal oriented personality
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Clinical background and/or prior sales experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to move 50 lbs.
  • High sense of urgency
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - "It's your business!"


As a sales professional, you will have a guaranteed base salary and the ability to earn bonuses. We also offer a car allowance and benefits. We are hiring in several cities across the United States.

**Part-time — Clinical Sales Associate (CSA):

We are offering a unique opportunity in the rehabilitative field for an entrepreneurial, self-motivated individual. This is a 1099 contract position and the ideal candidate will assist territory Sales Consultants with patient fittings. You can make a difference in patients' lives through your work. Demonstrate the drive to succeed while helping to restore people, business and life the way it ought to be!

Responsibilities:

• Fit patients, instruct them how to use Dynasplint and follow-up throughout the course of use
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, doctors and therapists
• Ability to manage and maintain inventory of products
• Ability to operate a laptop computer, cell phone, email, Google
• Provide excellent customer service to existing accounts while consistently developing new business opportunities in your territory

Physical Demands:

• Frequent and potentially prolonged sitting, standing, walking and driving
• Frequently bending, squatting, reaching and twisting
• Must be able to frequently lift/carry up to 50 lbs
• Travel required for position

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or enrollment in the health sciences field of study
• Clinical background preferred

PT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - Little Rock, AR

Our superior orthopedic product enables patients to regain full range of motion after an injury or surgery.  Dynasplint® is a nationwide organization with an international presence.  Our company is proud of our exceptional customer service and as we continue to grow we are always looking for top notch professionals to add to our team!

This Administrative Assistant position will work in the new Little Rock, Arkansas Dynasplint office.  The position will entail processing paperwork involved with the rental or purchase of Dynasplints in Arkansas.  Experience with medical records or working in a doctor’s office preferred.

This position pays between $12-$15 per hour, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to earn a quarterly bonus.  This position is part time - less than 30 hours per week.

Reauthorizations Position

Requires a high school diploma, excellent communication skills, medical and insurance knowledge.  Obtains appropriate documentation required by the insurance carrier in order to obtain reauthorizations required to provide continued service.

Clerical Administrative Position

Requires a high school diploma, must have excellent computer skills.  Processes incoming correspondence, creates electronic copies and and scan them to appropriate files.

Sales Support Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Requesting authorization from the Payer when required
  • Learn the requirements for each payer and assist the Sales Consultant with obtaining paperwork that will help gain insurance approval
  • Assist with follow-up calls on authorization requests until obtained or denied
  • Learn and maintain a list of Payers that will require a Letter of Agreement once approved
  • Maintain accurate logs and sharing with assigned division
  • Update Navigator with accurate information and notations of account
  • Send our orders "Okay to Fit" once approval or denial is obtained; know the approprieae documentation needed to confirm an order
  • Complete all other duties assigned by the SSR Manager as needed
  • Work as a team to accomplish billing growth goals

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Customer service skills
  • Medical and insurance knowledge a plus
  • High School diploma required

SHIPPING AND PRODUCTION POSITIONS:

Join our growing production staff! 

We are currently seeking to fill the role of Shipping Supervisor.  This is a full-time position that oversees the activities of personnel including workflow, assembly methods, and worforce utilization.  

Essential Duties and Resonsibilities of this position include:

  • Manage the operations to ensure that volume, cost, and quality standards are achieved
  • Ensure workforce resources are adequate to meet the organization's production schedule
  • Responsible for the direction, coordination, and evaluation of staff
  • Rely on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals
  • Must excel at working in a team environment - initiate and foster a spirit of cooperation
  • Maintain safe and clean work environment
  • Process outgoing shipments according to order request forms
  • Carefully inspect orders before shipping/maintain organizational quality standards
  • Inventory management and reconciliation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • All other duties as assigned

The physical demans of this position include:  Frequently lifting/carrying up to 10 lbs, frequent walking, sitting, standing, bending.
