Living 4 Life Clinics
There are three options available in the Living 4 Life clinics.
1. Complete Package
The following are measurements are taken :- Blood Pressure, Total Cholesterol, Blood Glucose, Body Mass Index.
These measurements are entered into a software package to give you an idea of the risk of heart disease over the next ten years, and advise on how to reduce any potential risk factors.
2. Weight Management
Guidance and support on how to lose weight.
3. You can have any one or more of the following measured :- Blood Pressure, Total Cholesterol and Blood Glucose.
All clinic sessions need to be booked in advance.
