Common Causes of Elbow Stiffness
Whether you're recovering from elbow surgery or just just fell and landed on your funny bone, a stiff elbow is often the result. One of the Elbow Dynasplint® Systems might be a good option for recovering from the surgery, but it's not going to do much for the elbow stiffness caused by the fall unless the damage is more significant than simple bruising.
