**Dynasplint Systems, Inc. is currently seeking dynamic part-time Clinical Sales Associates (CSA):

We are offering a unique opportunity in the rehabilitative field for an entrepreneurial, self-motivated individual. This is a 1099 contract position and the ideal candidate will assist territory Sales Consultants with patient fittings. You can make a difference in patients' lives through your work. Demonstrate the drive to succeed while helping to restore people, business and life the way it ought to be!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Fit patients, instruct them how to use Dynasplint and follow-up throughout the course of use
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, doctors and therapists
• Ability to manage and maintain inventory of products
• Ability to operate a laptop computer, cell phone, email, Google
• Provide excellent customer service to existing accounts while consistently developing new business opportunities in your territory

Physical Demands:

• Frequent and potentially prolonged sitting, standing, walking and driving
• Frequently bending, squatting, reaching and twisting
• Must be able to frequently lift/carry up to 50 lbs
• Travel required for position


• Bachelor's degree preferred or enrollment in the health sciences field of study

We are looking for an experienced welder to join the production team in our Stevensville, MD location.  Hours are 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., with possible OT.  TIG experience preferred.

Accounts Payable Coordinator—

Provides financial, administrative and clerical support by ensuring payments are completed in a timely and accurate manner, as well as work with vendors to resolve past due invoices and reconcile monthly statements with vendors.  


  • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment 

  • Enter and upload invoices into system

  • Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordingly

  • Process check requests

  • Respond to all vendor inquiries

  • Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail

  • Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records

  • Provide accounts payable aging reports

  • Maintain vendor files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices

  • 1099 maintenance


  • High School Diploma or GED; Associates Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred

  • 1-3 years accounts payable experience

  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality

  • Excellent data entry skills

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills

  • Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills

  • Effective organizational, stress and time management skills

  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines

  • Preferred but not required:  Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures

  • Preferred but not required:  Competency in accounting software, in particular, Microsoft Dynamics AX

Join a team of dedicated professionals in our Reauthorization Department who work diligently to provide excellent administrative support to the sales consultants in order to collectively achieve the expectations and goals of the company.  Duties include verifying, analyzing, and documenting all patient health insurance information along with obtaining appropriate documentation required by the insurance carrier in order to obtain timely reauthorizations.
